Continuing Education Credits

Earn professional continuing education credits for engineers, architects, energy managers, energy auditors, and other self-reporting professional organizations. Attendees can receive credit for checking in to each session they participate in during the conference.

Continuing Education Credits for the 2026 Conference*

  • AIA Member Architects: AIA LUs and LU|HSWs Individuals may earn up to 11.75 AIA LUs or LU|HSWs
  • LEED Professionals: GBCI Continuing Education (CE) credits Individuals may earn up to 5 GBCI CEs
  • North Carolina State Bar: Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credits Individuals may earn up to 11.75 CLEs
  • N.C. professional engineers, CPAs, Associate of Energy Engineers (AEE) members, and other self-reporting professionals1.25 PDH for each breakout session and 1.25 PDH for each plenary and keynote.**

Attendees must choose to receive a certificate of completion during registration and sign in to each session they attend to ensure the accuracy of final certificates. 

Certificates will be sent electronically 6-8 weeks after the conference. 

*Final details regarding which sessions have been approved for specific credits will be provided online approximately two weeks before the event and in the event materials at the conference.

****All attendees who request a continuing education certificate of attendance may appeal to their professional accreditation board to receive up to the number of credit hours listed above. Continuing education credits are not limited to the specific professionals mentioned. Receiving a certificate of attendance does not guarantee that attendees will be approved for the number of credit hours listed when self-reporting. Please check with your professional accreditation body to identify the appropriate reporting mechanisms.
